Atrial fibrillation- chronic irregular heart rhythm that may predisposes patient to embolism and stroke.

Brugada syndrome- rare cause of sudden cardiac death with specific ECG changes.

Sudden Cardiac death- Sudden death occurs when there is an abrupt loss of the heart's ability to pump blood. This may be because of heart attack or serious abnormality of the heart’s rhythm.
